OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health & Safety Awareness Training Course
We provide you with an overview of the purpose and requirements of OHSAS 18001 and how it can improve your business methods. By the completion of the training you will be able to describe the purpose of an Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OH&SMS). You will also be able to explain the purpose, requirements and reasoning for OHSAS 18001:2007, the related legislative framework and how the standard aids the continual improvement of the OH&SMS.
The course is an introduction for anyone involved in the development, implementation and management of a SMS based on OHSAS 18001. If you plan to complete other OHSAS training, such as internal auditing and the Lead Auditor Training, you will receive during this course the knowledge and understanding of OHSAS 18001 upon which to build auditing skills.
